Throughout America, there is a stortage of foster care for youngsters who need it. This past February a thousand people marched in the streets of East Palo Alto, CA to end an upsurge in violence in that city. Shortly after the big march, more than 300 youth met during a teen summit to share their ideas about the city with local, county and state officials. In this video excerpt, Henrietta J. Estimates show that at least 250 people nationwide died after they were hit by tasers that were shot at them by the police. Those who support the use of tasers by police departments say that they save lives. Those opposed to their use say that they take lives unnecessarily.
