City Announcements
Area One Announcement-
The City is working in collaboration with the Fire Department, community members and various organizations on creating a citywide clean up day. Beat One has been selected as the location to conduct a trial rendition of the event. The January Beat One meeting will have time allocated to discuss details with residents. Should you have questions in the interim please call us at 650-853-5939 or Pam Reliford at 650-853-5907.
The projected date for the clean up is April 4th, 2009.
Area Two Announcement-
Residents who attend the Beat Two meeting on a regular basis have decided to have a pot-luck for their February meeting. Those interested in attending should call 650-853-5939 or e-mail elam@cityofepa.org to let us know what they intend to bring. Please leave your name and phone number so that we can get back to you should we need to update you on what other members will be bringing and to remind you when the meeting will be. Another announcement will be circulated in February. Beat Two Meetings are always held on the first Thursday of every month at the Ecumenical Hunger Program at 2411 Pulgas Avenue, EPA, CA 94303 at 6:30pm * 8pm. However the January meeting has been postponed due to the holiday.
